Mixed martial arts (MMA) is a full contact combat sport that allows the use of both striking and grappling techniques, both standing and on the ground. The popularity of MMA has exploded in recent years with the mainstream success of the UFC and the emergence of other mixed martial arts promotional companies. MMA draws from a variety of other martial arts and combat sports such as Muay Thai, Jeet Kune Do, boxing, wrestling, judo, and Brazilian jiu jitsu. MMA integrates striking (punching, kicking, elbows, and knees), takedowns and throws, and submissions by joint manipulations/locks, and chokes.

Kickboxing is a group fitness class that combines martial arts techniques with fast-paced cardio. This high-energy workout challenges the beginner and elite athlete alike.

Muay Thai or Thai Boxing is a combat sport from Thailand that uses stand-up striking along with various clinching techniques. It’s referred to as the ‘art of eight limbs’ as you use your fists, elbows, knees and shins to form one of the most effective and powerful martial arts in the world.
